What's covered in my three month coaching program:

  • We work on developing your time management skills so that you can implement self-care into your routines while still getting everything on your to-do list checked off.
  • Because stress is a part of life, especially for us moms, we will explore various coping strategies until we find a few that fit your life.
  • While it's sometimes hard to set boundaries, it's even more difficult to protect them. I'll teach you proven ways to assert your needs so that you can get them met.
  • Self-care is more than manicures and bubble baths. We'll define what self-care means to you and explore how to make it a regular practice.
  • When limiting beliefs and thoughts come up, we'll work together to identify and challenge them to keep you moving towards the life of being a mom you once dreamt about.
  • I will guide you, support you, motivate you, and inspire you to keep going throughout our work together and beyond. My #1 goal is for you to transform your life by engaging in self-care.
